Magna Entertainment Corp. reports the completion of the sale to Colonial Downs, L.P. of all of the outstanding shares of Maryland-Virginia Racing Circuit.

MEC, Colonial Downs Enter Deal

Magna Entertainment Corp. and Colonial Downs have entered into an agreement under which Colonial will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Maryland- Virginia Racing Circuit, Inc., a subsidiary of MEC.
