Red Rock Resorts announces that Station Casinos has agreed to acquire the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas for total cash consideration of $312.5 million.

Restaurant company Clique Hospitality is developing two new restaurants at Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Henderson and will take over the Mercadito Mexican restaurant at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa in Summerlin.

The company recently acquired the Horseshoe Casino from Caesars Entertainment.
