Limitation Placed on Golden Nugget License

Concern about the relationship of strip-club owner Rick Rizzolo to prospective Golden Nugget buyers prompted the Gaming Control Board to tack a one-year limitation on the duo's license recommendation.

The Golden Nugget will likely change hands in about three weeks, as Nevada gaming regulators are slated to consider the prospective buyers' license applications at meetings in Las Vegas on Wednesday and Jan. 22.
