News Brief: The man who was the hub of an effort that stole $1.6 million from Harveys Lake Tahoe did not have a drug or gambling problem but felt like Robin Hood, a psychologist said Monday.

News Brief: A former Harrah’s Lake Tahoe dealer agreed to pay the casino $675,000 in restitution after pleading guilty Tuesday to stealing its money between May 1999 and May 2003.
