Olón by award-winning chef Jose Garces has introduced a new brunch menu, available every weekend, beginning 27 May.

The renovated Seaside Cafe and Fiesta Buffet features a contemporary look, redesigned menus, outdoor seating and the return of popular dishes.

The legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will perform at the Tropicana Showroom on 9 September.
