Churchill Downs announced that reopenings for its 12 Fair Grounds Off-Track Betting & Casinos have begun.

Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby said Newcastle Casino will open at 25% capacity Wednesday, 27 May. The exact time of opening will be released on the facility’s social media channels.

Guests and employees will be required to wear protective face coverings at all times. Casinos will be closed daily from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for cleaning and disinfecting.

Casino personnel will check the temperatures of all patrons entering each facility and will deny entry to those with a confirmed temperature of 100.4°F or higher.

In addition to extensive employee testing and screening, the gaming facilities will implement responsible distancing policies, enhanced cleaning protocols and will limit casino gaming floors to 25% capacity.

The Nation will start a phased, multi-week reopening process of its properties in in early June.

The two Delaware North facilities in West Virginia announced today that they are targeting a 5 June reopening, per the directive of Governor Jim Justice.

The Chukchansi Economic Development Authority said the casino in California will reopen in a limited capacity with added sanitation procedures and increased safety protocols.

The Artesian Hotel Casino & Spa, SaltCreek Casino, Chisholm Trail Casino, WinStar World Casino and Resort, RiverStar Casino, Riverwind Casino and Newcastle Casino in Oklahoma will open at 25% of capacity next week.

Northern Waters Casino Resort reopened the gaming floor this morning to Superior Club members. The hotel will soon follow in reopening.

This morning at 10 a.m., Golden Acorn Casino & Travel Center reopened its doors with a limited capacity. The California casino is implementing new safety protocols.

The Oklahoma casino will operate from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. daily with a capacity of 300. Once the 300 is reached, guests will be put on a cell phone list and be texted when they are allowed to enter.

Nugget Casino Resort announced safety and health guidelines it is implementing in order to reopen the property when it is safe and permitted to do so.

The amenities that will remain closed are the Big Lakes Buffet, River Rock Sportsbook, White Pine Boutique, the Nectar Spa & Salon and concerts.

The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians tribal leadership and gaming management team have decided to postpone the reopening of Red Hawk Casino until Monday, 8 June at 2 p.m.
