The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today instructed the six Pennsylvania casinos that are open as of today to begin closing procedures.

Kathy McCracken has been appointed to the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wind Creek Bethlehem. She is succeeding Brian Carr who is leaving the organization.

Betfred have chosen Scientific Games as their technology provider to launch retail solutions at Wind Creek Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the first half of 2020.

Subject to regulatory approval, Betfred will be offering Wind Creek Bethlehem customers their full sportsbook service at the casino as well as mobile and internet betting within the state of Pennsylvania.

The celebration comes five months after the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved the sale of Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to WCH for a total enterprise value of $1.3 billion.

Slot machine revenue was up in 9 of the 12 months during the most recent fiscal year totaling $2,378,859,341 or $26.5 million higher than the $2,352,320,937 generated during the 2017/2018 fiscal year.

The Pennsylvania Control Board reported that tables games revenue for May 2019 was $76,559,198, an increase of 2.2% from May 2018 when revenue was $74,908,874.

The state's table games revenue for April 2019 was $77,448,426, a 3.7% increase compared to April of last year when revenue was $74,667,615.

Sands Bethworks Gaming received fines for $120,000 and $110,000 along with the Washington Trotting Association getting a $12,500 fine.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported that revenue from slot machines and table games reached an all-time monthly high during March 2019 of $309,125,131.

March’s gross revenue of $226,597,681 at the 12 casinos was the third-highest individual month from the play of slot machines, ranking only behind March 2012 and March 2013.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported that table games revenue for February 2019 was $73,999,311, an increase of 0.3% over February of last year when revenue was $73,757,805.

According to the report, February’s gross revenue from slot machines at the 12 casinos was $189,976,152, a 0.49% increase in revenue when compared to the $189,056,195 generated in February 2018.

The report shows that table games revenue for January 2019 was $74,409,695, an increase of 4.75% over January of last year when revenue was $71,032,273.

According to a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board report, January’s gross revenue from slot machines at the 12 casinos was $179,842,151, a 1.15% increase in revenue compared to the $177,795,127 generated in January 2018.

The total revenue of $3,248,681,377 in 2018 topped the previous year total of $3,226,910,816 attained last calendar year.

Slot machine revenue at Pennsylvania casinos in December 2018 rose 8% compared to December 2017.

Table games revenue for November 2018 was $71,286,756, a decrease of 1.3% over November of last year when revenue was $72,230,798.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported today that total gaming revenue, the combination of slot machine and table games revenue, was up 2.8% compared to August of last year.

According to the report, the combined gross revenue from slot machines at the 12 casinos in July of this year was $203,643,985.78, 2.6% lower than the July 2017 gross revenue figure of $209,124,966.
