Finding ways to continue to improve your property and impress your guests is something that is always on the to-do list for resorts.

The Illinois resort announced the anticipated grand opening of Alto, the signature Italian steakhouse crafted by renowned celebrity chef Fabio Viviani.

In addition to a new casino opening, we a had six-figure jackpot in Connecticut, a California resort expanding its gaming floor, and the Dutch Gaming Authority and Michigan Gaming Control Board cracking down on illegal operators.

The Illinois property is a a resort destination offering an expansive 70,000-square-foot casino with over 1,400 slot machines, 56 table games, a poker room, sportsbook, and high-limit salons.

In the casino industry, it seems like doors just continue to open as properties are doing all they can to improve and attract more visitors.

The casino represents the first step toward delivering a full-scale integrated resort experience, scheduled for completion in spring 2025.

Wind Creek Hospitality announced an agreemtn with Fabio Viviani Hospitality to operate the food and beverage outlets at Wind Creek Chicago Southland, opening in spring 2024.

Through the partnership, Wind Creek will collaborate with the Bulls on in-game fan promotions and other entertainment options this year while the casino is under construction.
