The anticipated regional poker tour returns for its 19th season beginning Wednesday, 19 July at Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma.

BlueBet Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary BlueBet Indiana LLC signed an online market access agreement with Horseshoe Hammond, LLC, a 400,000 square-foot casino located in Hammond, Indiana

The wide-ranging collaboration builds the Caesars' presence throughout Illinois and northwest Indiana through its offering of premium entertainment experiences at casino and gaming destinations.

As a result, Caesars will continue to own and operate Horseshoe Casino Hammond, Indiana Grand Racing & Casino, Harrah's Hoosier Park Racing & Casino, and its three off-track betting locations.

June’s $29.8 million handle was shy by $145 million of what would have been expected with a full menu of summer sports, according to PlayIndiana estimates.

While the sports world moves closer to reopening, the shut down could have more long-ranging effects on Indiana as neighboring states rush to open up sports betting to shore their budgets.

The Caesars Entertainment property plans to reopen 14 June but has not said what types of restrictions or safety measures will be put into place.

Based on changing circumstances and in the interest of public health, Horseshoe Hammond will be closing for at least 14 days beginning at 6 a.m. on 16 March.

The agreements provide Kindred, under the Unibet brand, to operate both online sports betting and online gaming in Indiana and Iowa.

Nearly $150 million in bets were taken in November. Online sports betting grows significantly as sportsbooks nearest Chicago continue to grow.

The launch of DraftKings and FanDuel online sportsbooks were part of the reason Indiana online and retail handle in October was nearly tripled from the previous month.

Retail sportsbook solutions were introduced to Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Shelbyville on 1 September.
