Montana Sports Betting
But in December 2018, seven months after PASPA was finally abolished by the U.S. Supreme Court, two Montana lawmakers announced they were drafting bills ahead of the 2019 session that would allow internet and mobile sports betting and kiosks at bars, restaurants and taverns.
