Pennsylvania Charitable Gaming

Pennsylvania allows eligible charitable organizations to conduct bingo and offer punchboards, daily drawings, raffles and pull-tabs. Slot machines, table games and video poker are excluded from charitable gaming activities.

With limited exceptions, the "prize for a single chance in any game may not exceed $2,000" according to a guidance document published by the state's Department of Revenue.

Organization can award no more than $35,000 in prizes during an operating week and no more than $15,000 in raffles during a month.
